How does the discovery call work?
It's a 45-minute video call — just you and us. We ask about how your business runs day-to-day: what your team spends most of their time on, where things slow down, what's being done manually that probably shouldn't be. By the end, we give you a clear breakdown of what we'd automate, how it would work, and what it's likely worth in time and money saved. No slides, no pitch deck, no obligation.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients are live and seeing time savings within 2–3 weeks of kickoff. Simpler automations (inbox handling, follow-up sequences, reporting) are typically running within the first week. More complex, multi-system workflows take a little longer — but we always start with the highest-impact items first so you see a return quickly.
Will this work with our existing tools?
Almost certainly, yes. We build around your existing stack — we don't require you to switch platforms or buy new software.
